In this episode of Enterprising Young Females, Sylvia shares with listeners an excerpt from her book on choosing a mentor and creating a team. This is a topic Sylvia finds important for young women in high school and college. A key point Sylvia makes is that having a mentor is one of the most Important things you can do for creating and building a business. A mentor may act as guide in how to become more efficient with behaviors, skills and strengths.
