Sylvia Scott, Founder of Girls’ C.E.O. Connection presents a bi-monthly series to bring Gen Z high school girls a new perspective on the strategies female entrepreneurs attribute to their successes as business owners. Interviews are with female entrepreneurs who may be millennials along with the seasoned ones. Grace Elsner is a high school senior at Visitation Academy in St. Louis MO. She began babysitting in 4th grade. For the past eight years Grace has grown her babysitting gigs it into a full service babysitting, animal care, and  nanny service. Along with all of this she has created Dine & Drop, a unique Saturday night game night  for children from toddlers to 6th graders. Parents drop off their kids for an evening of games, crafts, movies and the Glow stick dance party.
