Sylvia Scott, author of Realizing A Vision, Your Toolkit For Success. Words Of Wisdom For Young Female Entrepreneurs is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Girls' C.E.O. Connection.

In this episode of Enterprising Young Females, Sylvia shares with listeners an excerpt from her book on choosing a mentor and creating a team. This is a topic Sylvia finds important for young women in high school and college. A key point Sylvia makes is that having a mentor is one of the most Important things you can do for creating and building a business. A mentor may act as guide in how to become more efficient with behaviors, skills and strengths.
